2. Scope and Eligibility

Navero provides portfolio tracking and analytics tools. You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding agreement to use the service.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Navero complies with applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

3. Account and Security

• You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide.
• You must keep your login credentials confidential.
• You must notify us promptly of any unauthorized account access.

4. Acceptable Use

• Do not use Navero for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activity.
• Do not attempt to interfere with platform security, integrity, or availability.
• Do not scrape, reverse engineer, or misuse market or platform data beyond permitted use.

5. Financial Information and No Advice

Navero is an informational tool only. We do not provide investment, tax, legal, or accounting advice.

Any figures, analytics, projections, or insights are provided for general information and may contain delays, inaccuracies, or omissions.

6. Third-Party Data and Integrations

Navero may display or process data from brokers, custodians, exchanges, or other third-party providers. We cannot guarantee completeness, timeliness, or continued availability of third-party data.

Your use of third-party services remains subject to their own terms and policies.

7. Fees and Changes

Where paid plans are offered, applicable prices, billing intervals, and plan features are presented at purchase.

Subscriptions renew automatically for the same billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Subscriptions, payments, invoicing, and related tax handling are processed through Paddle. Paddle may act as merchant of record and its terms and privacy policy also apply to checkout and billing events.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. This means you purchase the product from Paddle, but the product is licensed to you by us.

We may change plan prices or features from time to time. For existing paid subscriptions, changes take effect on a future billing cycle after notice has been provided where required by law.

We may modify these Terms to reflect legal, operational, or product changes. Updated terms become effective when published unless stated otherwise.

8. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel a paid subscription at any time through your account settings or the billing portal made available to you. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless stated otherwise at checkout.

If you cancel, you keep access to the paid features until the end of the billing period already paid for, after which your subscription will not renew.

You can request a refund within 14 days of the original transaction date.

Refund requests made after 14 days are not eligible.

If you believe you were charged in error, including for duplicate charges, contact support@navero.app.

9. Intellectual Property

Navero and related content, software, and branding are protected by intellectual property rights. Except as explicitly allowed, no rights are granted to copy, distribute, or create derivative works.

10. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated, if required by law, or to protect users, the platform, or third parties.

11. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Navero is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for trading losses, lost profits, or lost data arising from use of Navero.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights that apply in your country of residence.
