Billing and Refund Policy
This Billing and Refund Policy explains how paid plans, renewals, cancellation, and refund handling work for Navero.
1. Company Information
Navero App is a eenmanszaak registered in the Netherlands.
Registered address: Pompenburg 384, Rotterdam, the Netherlands.
KvK number: 99925451. VAT number: NL005418730B96.
2. Billing Model
Navero may offer monthly and yearly subscription plans. The applicable price, billing interval, and included features are shown at checkout.
Subscriptions renew automatically for the same billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Subscriptions, payments, invoicing, and related tax handling are processed through Paddle, which may act as merchant of record.
After purchase, we or Paddle may send you a contract or order confirmation summarizing the plan, price, and billing interval.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. This means you purchase the product from Paddle, but the product is licensed to you by us.
After purchase, Paddle may send you order, invoice, and receipt confirmations in electronic form.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or through the billing portal made available to you.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. You keep access to the paid features until that period ends, and the subscription will then stop renewing.
Cancelling a subscription does not delete your account by itself.
4. Refunds
You can request a refund within 14 days of the original transaction date.
Refund requests made after 14 days are not eligible.
If you believe you were charged in error, including for duplicate charges, contact support@navero.app.
5. Price Changes
We may change our subscription prices or plan features from time to time.
For existing paid subscriptions, any price change applies from a future billing cycle after any notice required by law or contract.
